📋 Description

• Work closely with customers to understand and translate business and technical requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions • Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow platform capabilities • Lead successful solution delivery • Focus on ServiceNow ITSM, ITIL, ITAM, IRM, ITOM/CMDB, and GRC • Work with HP Service Manager, BMC/Remedy, SaaS solutions, and web technologies • Lead and facilitate functional design workshops • Create design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and customer requirements • Lead technical delivery, including solution design, configuration, development, testing, and implementation • Direct small technical or cross-functional teams within complex solution environments • Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Technical Architecture teams on client presentations, workshops, and technical discussions • Perform hands-on technical implementation using HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, and integrations such as Web Services, SOAP, Email, and MID Server

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline • 5+ years of hands-on experience in the design, development, and deployment of solutions on the ServiceNow platform • Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, scripting, and integrations • Equivalent experience with other enterprise ITSM platforms will also be considered • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript/AJAX • Experience developing ServiceNow integrations using Web Services, SOAP, Email, MID Server, and plugins • Strong knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL, and related infrastructure concepts • Proven leadership experience guiding small teams and contributing to project delivery • Ability to produce clear and structured technical and customer-facing documentation
