⢠Developing and maintaining working relationships with current and prospective suppliers of the Client, on behalf of the Client ⢠Leading communication with current and prospective suppliers of the Client, on behalf of the Client, via email, phone and in-person interactions ⢠Leading / managing the sourcing team of the Client ⢠Assisting the client on commercial pricing and offer lists ⢠Represent the Client at various industry fairs / events ⢠Taking overall lead on Green Coffee sourcing process for the Client
đŻ Requirements
⢠3+ years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management ⢠Prior experience in the coffee industry or agricultural commodities (preferred) ⢠Strong negotiation and relationship management skills ⢠Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required ⢠Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills ⢠Comfortable working across different time zones and cultures ⢠Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish is required ⢠Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Canvas ⢠Laptop / Computer; consistent, fast internet connection ⢠Must be based in Colombia
