📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations from discovery through go-live • Apply the SuiteSuccess methodology across all implementation phases • Facilitate business requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design workshops • Translate client financial and accounting requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions • Lead implementations focused on Financials, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), and Multi-Book Accounting • Advise stakeholders on financial best practices, accounting processes, and revenue recognition compliance • Configure NetSuite Financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, ARM, and Multi-Book Accounting • Support multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and global financial operations implementations • Identify process improvements and recommend best-practice financial solutions • Coordinate data migration, financial validation, QA testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations, customizations, and data conversion • Serve as the primary functional advisor for finance and accounting stakeholders • Lead client workshops, end-user training, and change management activities • Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and timelines to internal and client stakeholders • Build trusted client relationships throughout the implementation lifecycle • Support post-go-live optimization, enhancements, and continuous improvement • Document solution designs, configurations, business processes, and implementation best practices • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and implementation standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of NetSuite implementation experience focused on Financials • Hands-on experience implementing Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) and Multi-Book Accounting • Strong understanding of NetSuite Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting • Proven experience leading full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations • Experience supporting multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and global accounting environments • Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and financial reporting best practices • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions • Experience configuring NetSuite workflows, roles, forms, saved searches, reports, and dashboards • Excellent client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
