📋 Description

• Own Attio’s marketing website end to end, keeping it fast, beautiful, technically excellent, and aligned with the brand, product, and business • Translate high-fidelity designs into polished, performant, and accessible web experiences • Build using modern frontend technologies including TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Motion • Collaborate with Studio, Brand, Product Marketing, and Growth on layout, interaction design, animation, typography, and visual polish • Lead major website initiatives from concept through launch, providing direction on feasibility, timelines, and implementation • Improve the architecture, tooling, and maintainability of Attio’s marketing frontend platform • Champion engineering standards through clean, maintainable code and thoughtful technical decisions • Mentor other Design Engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience building high-quality, production-ready websites with TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Motion • Strong frontend engineering skills with focus on performance, accessibility, maintainability, and implementation quality • Outstanding visual taste and ability to interpret design systems, typography, spacing, animation, and layout to a high standard • Comfortable working directly in Figma and making thoughtful design decisions • Experience designing scalable website architecture, design systems, and workflows • Proven track record leading website projects from concept through delivery • Strong user experience, interaction design, and web best-practice judgement • Excellent communication and collaboration with designers, marketers, and engineers • Experience with production websites where the candidate owned frontend engineering and visual/interaction quality • TypeScript and React/Next.js as a primary production stack • Experience creating custom, non-trivial web animation and motion work • Experience owning website projects end to end, from concept and technical approach through launch • Legal authorisation to work in the country from which the candidate intends to work without visa sponsorship or immigration support from Attio • Based in Europe
