📋 Description

• Manage complex financial processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information • Prepare economic and financial feasibility studies for projects and strategic initiatives • Conduct budget, forecast, and consolidated cash flow analyses • Develop and maintain financial KPIs, management reports, and dashboards to support management • Support automation, digitization, and financial process improvement projects • Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations • Support strategic negotiations with banks, investors, and business partners • Conduct technical training and serve as a point of reference for financial analysts • Contribute to expansion projects, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), when applicable.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in corporate finance, controlling, or financial planning • Proficiency in financial statement analysis, projections, and financial modeling • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail • Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely • Proactive, autonomous, and consultative approach with internal teams and stakeholders • Active CRC (Brazilian accountant registration) preferred • Certifications such as CPA-20 (ANBIMA), CNPI, or training in Corporate Finance • Experience with automation projects and analytical tools
