📋 Description

• Design, document, and drive the architectural vision for the platform • Own complex, end-to-end initiatives from design and architecture through development, deployment, and iteration • Build the foundation that unifies Aura's data into a trusted, high-quality source for generating intelligence • Architect how AI agents access and reason over sensitive data • Build the systems that turn that intelligence into personalized insights and actions • Make and defend high-leverage technology choices across the stack • Establish and champion engineering best practices • Serve as a technical mentor, providing guidance on complex design challenges

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience • Deep experience owning systems end-to-end as the lead technical voice on large, complex projects • Expert knowledge of software design best practices, data structures, algorithms, and distributed-systems fundamentals • In-depth knowledge of cloud technology and the judgment to choose the right tool for the job • Demonstrated experience building systems that handle sensitive or regulated data • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills • Demonstrated ability and desire to learn new technologies • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
