📋 Description

• Acquire new railway undertakings (RUs) as customers and long-term partners • Proactively contact companies in the railway industry • Discuss their staffing needs with key contacts • Present our services and build new business relationships • Win new assignments and framework agreements • Identify where skilled professionals such as train drivers, shunting locomotive drivers, wagon inspectors, or dispatchers are needed

• You are communicative and enjoy engaging with people. • Ideally, you have experience in sales or the railway industry. • You work independently and reliably. • You are motivated to help build something new! • Motivated career changers are also very welcome!
