📋 Description

• Calculate, monitor and publish performance indicators related to Maintenance Planning and Control (MPC), ensuring data consistency, transparency of information and promoting best practices. • Drive response plans when indicators deviate, ensuring alignment with overall performance objectives. • Standardize MPC processes, recommend improvements and maintain procedures and reference documents up to date and aligned with best practices. • Contribute to the training of local MPC teams, providing training and guidance to support understanding and proper application of process guidelines. • Provide technical support to local MPC teams in applying process standards and guidelines, working with the Coordinator to ensure alignment and effectiveness. • Perform internal audits and monitor compliance with MPC routines, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed. • Be responsible for defining and updating the Global Major Outages Calendar and for the corporate planning of periodic preventive maintenance. • Act as a SAP-PM key user, supporting users, identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to the continuous evolution of system processes. • Provide support to sites in specific situations, assisting in organizing and structuring the weekly schedule in line with corporate guidelines when requested. • Identify and update the responsibility fields of the maintenance plans within MPC. • Participate in projects with other areas.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering • Microsoft Office • MS Project (advanced) • SAP PM (data analysis, reporting, process improvement) • Basic knowledge of SAP Script • Maintenance KPI and performance management • Power BI (dashboard creation, insight extraction) • Major shutdown planning (management) • Maintenance Planning & Control strategy • Maintenance portfolio management (multi-plant and multi-source) • Driver's license – Category B
