• Lead the Strategy & Growth team, ensuring clarity, pace, and prioritization of the initiatives with the greatest impact on the customer base; • Build and drive the CX growth agenda, turning hypotheses and data into tests, learnings, and consistent strategies; • Ensure that successful experiments become structured, scalable processes within the operation; • Partner with other areas — CX, Product, Marketing, and Data — to build sustainable engagement and expansion levers; • Monitor and communicate results with a focus on metrics such as revenue (NRR), engagement, adoption, habit, and base efficiency; • Support the Communications & Growth management in designing the squad’s OKRs and in the area’s strategic planning; • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and data-driven decision making — both within the team and across other fronts; • Ensure operational efficiency of initiatives, optimizing team effort and available resources; • Team follow-up and development: provide frequent feedback, support individual development, promote listening rituals and knowledge sharing, and cultivate a safe, collaborative, results-oriented environment; • Structure the Strategy & Growth area: define routines, ceremonies, processes, and documentation standards that ensure clarity, autonomy, and consistency in the team’s deliveries.
• Previous experience with growth strategies, structured experimentation, or strategic CX projects, with a focus on driving real business impact; • Leadership experience; • Experience designing and executing A/B tests, analyzing metrics, and formulating data-driven hypotheses; • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in retention and revenue metrics such as NRR, churn, LTV, CAC, and others; • Continuous learning mindset with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and impact; • Strong communication skills for handovers and alignment across teams; • Organizational skills and experience structuring processes.
