📋 Description
• Manage the Columnists Program end-to-end • Plan editorial topics in line with the content strategy • Identify and assign topics to partner experts • Manage relationships with columnists • Monitor schedules and delivery deadlines • Follow up and support program engagement activities • Identify opportunities to improve program processes • Edit content produced by experts • Adapt technical content for digital reading • Structure content following SEO and GEO best practices for search engines and LLMs • Produce summaries, FAQs and metadata using support from AI tools • Publish content on the Aurum Portal • Ensure editorial quality prior to publication • Produce original content when needed • Execute Link Building initiatives • Prospect and manage partners for authority-building actions • Support research related to the content strategy • Contribute to analysis and optimization of published content • Participate in the squad’s content strategy initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Social Communication, Languages (Letters), or related fields • Previous experience in production, editing, publishing or management of digital content • Excellent command of Portuguese • Strong writing, proofreading and content adaptation skills • Ability to structure content for digital reading • Organized to manage multiple demands, deadlines and partner relationships • Ability to track simultaneous activities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines • Good written communication and ease in relating to colleagues from different areas and external partners • Interest in Content Marketing, SEO and GEO • Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude • Collaborative, curious, analytical profile with a continuous learning mindset • Preferred: experience with WordPress or other CMS • Preferred: knowledge of Semrush, Google Search Console or Google Analytics • Preferred: experience with columnist or content partner programs • Preferred: experience with Link Building • Preferred: basic knowledge of Canva • Preferred: notions of UX Writing, scannability and digital content • Preferred: experience in technology companies, SaaS or startups • Preferred: interest in the legal market and the evolution of Content Marketing, SEO and GEO
