📋 Description

• Be the primary technical reference for SEO and GEO at Aurum. • Lead technical initiatives and turn changes in search behavior into growth opportunities. • Translate vision into business decisions in partnership with Marketing, Product, Sales and other teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Information Technology or a related field. • Experience with technical SEO, including planning and executing audits for medium to large websites. • Knowledge of information architecture, crawling, indexing, structured data (Schema Markup), canonicals, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, Core Web Vitals and JavaScript rendering. • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Semrush, Screaming Frog and backlink analysis tools like Ahrefs, Moz or similar. • Practical experience with GEO, including optimizing content for AI-based search engines. • Experience analyzing multiple data sources to identify opportunities, set priorities and support strategic decisions. • Ability to collaborate with Technology, Marketing, Sales and CX teams. • Strong communication skills to present technical analyses clearly.
