• Lead and maintain a high level of awareness, preparation, and response to safety and security-related risks • Coach, manage, and develop direct reports • Establish agreed upon goals and objectives for direct reports with measurable outcomes • Communicate clear and consistent legal and ethical standards and ensure organizational compliance • Negotiate our requirements with vendors and monitor expenses • Assist in developing and enforcement of standard operating procedures • Participate in investigations of accidents and incidents
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination education and experience • Minimum of five years of management experience with direct reports, preferably in a multi-site service environment • Minimum of five years working experience and knowledge of regulatory compliance, regulatory audits, and working with regulators • Working knowledge of operations activities • Strong working knowledge of industry regulations • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Must possess strong communication skills to present information concisely
