• Be the first point of contact and guide customers from the online order through verification • Investigate order status in close collaboration with colleagues from other departments • Ensure smooth delivery of our vehicles • Maintain an overview of pending tasks at all times and set priorities within the team • Contribute to ensuring customers receive their new car as quickly as possible
• Previous experience in private customer support • Enjoy communicating by phone and via chat • Customer service is your passion • Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Fluent German, both written and spoken; English skills are a plus • Confident user of Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.) • Proficient touch typing (10-finger system); several years' experience working from home is an advantage
