• First- and second-level support for our ERP software focusing on financial accounting as well as payroll • Analyze, classify and process support requests in the ticketing system • Diagnose issues and provide solutions by phone, e-mail and remote access • Plan, prepare, execute and test software updates and new program releases • Document support cases, solutions and processes • Conduct end-user training • Support ERP implementations, updates and subprojects • Close collaboration with development, consulting and internal specialist departments
• Completed commercial training (e.g., accounting clerk, tax clerk) or equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience in financial accounting advantageous • Good knowledge of commercial processes (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, payroll) • Experience in IT support, user support or ERP environment desirable • Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems • Basic SQL knowledge (Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle) advantageous • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken • Service- and customer-oriented working style • Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving • Independence, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team • Strong communication skills when interacting with end users • Willingness to develop professionally and technically
