• Maintain technical oversight within the team, contribute to process optimizations, and support Sylvia, our Team Lead • Take responsibility for the operational document management of our vehicle inventory and independently manage the handling and dispatch of documents • Monitor the entire process and ensure complete receipt of all documents to guarantee a smooth workflow • Serve as the first point of contact for customers with questions about vehicle documents and temporary license plates • Ensure timely delivery to our customers through effective coordination and perform fault diagnosis in case of delays • Act as a communicative interface between customers, internal departments and external partners • Keep an ongoing overview of pending tasks and help set priorities within the team • Help ensure our customers receive their new car as quickly as possible — with our unique Glastruck, delivered right to their doorstep!
• Completed commercial vocational training and initial assistant experience; experience leading a team is an advantage • Ideally, you have prior experience in private customer service in e-commerce, document management, the automotive sector or a digital environment • Proven track record in process development and optimization • Enjoy customer-facing work and demonstrate a structured, reliable and solution-oriented approach • Team player with a hands-on mentality • Strong communication skills — excellent written and verbal proficiency in German and English, and confident use of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
