📋 Description

• Own the EMEA acquisition and conversion funnel from traffic through signup, trial activation, paid subscription, and expansion, with revenue targets • Optimize Fusion's product-led growth and self-serve journey, including trials, activation, and upgrade paths • Partner with Performance Marketing on regional audience insights, conversion data, funnel priorities, and paid investment • Drive data-informed localization of landing pages, onboarding flows, and campaign creative for priority markets • Run growth experiments across digital, email, and in-product channels with PMM, Campaigns, and Demand Gen • Build measurement frameworks attributing performance through signups, activations, and subscription revenue by market • Report on performance, learnings, and investment changes • Deliver EMEA funnel growth, experiment velocity, and effective cross-functional partnership

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in growth marketing or growth PMM at a B2B SaaS or PLG company • Experience owning a self-serve funnel with revenue accountability • Hands-on experience building campaigns, writing conversion copy, setting up experiments, and using dashboards • Analytical rigor, including experiment design, incrementality analysis, and data-driven budget reallocation • Understanding of EMEA growth mechanics, channel mix, CPCs, GDPR/ePrivacy, and European buying behavior • Marketing experience in more than one European market • English required • German preferred • Experience building AI-powered growth workflows, including automated creative generation/testing, audience or funnel analysis, localized copy pipelines, or churn-signal monitoring • Experience scaling an underperforming market or channel • Experience turning product releases into acquisition moments
