âą Analyze and map current learning operations, workflows, and technical processes within the customer learning team and partner groups âą Identify opportunities for process automation, system integrations, and workflow optimization to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and accelerate content delivery âą Collaborate with content developers, learning experience designers, writers, and video producers to ensure smooth handoffs and data integrity throughout the content lifecycle âą Collect, interpret, and report operational data and key performance indicators to inform decision-making and continuous improvement âą Support the implementation and maintenance of learning technologies, content management systems, and analytics tools âą Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to learning platforms, integrations, and data flows âą Document processes, create user guides, and provide training to team members on new tools or workflows âą Stay up to date with industry best practices in learning operations, technology, and analytics, and recommend innovative solutions âą Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the customer learning team
âą Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, learning technologies, or a related field (or equivalent experience) âą At least two years of experience in operations analysis, learning operations, or a similar role, preferably in a learning, content, or technology-focused environment âą Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience in process mapping, workflow analysis, and data reporting âą Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Content Management Systems (CMS), and digital learning tools âą Experience with automation tools, integrations (APIs, Zapier, Make), and data visualization platforms is a plus âą Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams âą Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously âą Proactive, adaptable, and eager to drive positive change.
