âą Act as a strategic partner, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product teams âą Engage with sales leadership to execute on sales strategy âą Manage end-to-end planning process for portfolio and territory planning and sales assignments âą Ensure key milestones, risks, and dependencies are clearly tracked and proactively managed âą Summarize program status through clear, executive-level presentations and communications âą Drive connected planning with quota setting teams to ensure quotas align with compensation rules
âą 10+ years of sales incentive and/or sales planning experience âą Bachelor's Degree required, MBA desirable âą Experience presenting to and influencing executives and/or sales leaders around sales planning âą Experience managing timelines and cross functional projects âą Experience analyzing business issues, prioritizing maximum impact against business goals âą Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation and presentation skills âą General knowledge and appreciation of sales roles and the sales processes âą Must have experience with Anaplan, Salesforce.com, Lightning Salesforce Reporting, Excel, and AI tools
