• Partner with cross functional teams to align annual sales planning objectives and growth priorities • Consolidate sales and industry strategic plans into a unified view of growth opportunities and investment priorities • Program Manage annual sales planning with structure and data-driven recommendations • Develop and manage sales productivity metrics, performance reporting, and productivity-per-head analyses • Analyze quota attainment, overlay effectiveness, and sales coverage ratios across roles, geographies, and business segments • Conduct ad hoc business analysis and scenario modeling to evaluate revenue impacts of strategic decisions • Build financial and operational models supporting resource allocation and workforce planning • Analyze pipeline health, conversion performance, and sales funnel effectiveness using CRM and reporting tools • Create executive presentations and strategic communications that clearly articulate findings, risks, and recommendations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred • 8+ years of experience in sales strategy, business planning, finance, sales operations, consulting, or related analytical roles • Experience supporting annual planning, forecasting, revenue modeling, and business performance reviews • Experience working in a complex technology, software, or SaaS environment preferred • Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving capabilities • Expertise translating complex data into actionable business insights • Excellent financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis skills • Strong executive communication and presentation skills • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive outcomes • Experience influencing senior leaders through data-driven recommendations • Strong organizational and project management skills • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and enterprise reporting solutions • Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent analytics platforms • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Strong business judgment and decision-making capabilities • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to business success.
