• Ensure guest satisfaction and provide excellent guest service • Adhere to quality standards and implement the prescribed concepts • Lead and coach subordinate employees while adhering to leadership standards • Be familiar with key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue per guest/ticket, cost of sales, productivity, and act in an economically responsible manner • Ensure optimal product presentation and correct price labeling • Inspect technical equipment for proper functionality and, if necessary, initiate appropriate measures to restore it • Create work schedules and ensure optimal shift staffing • Ensure compliance with and monitoring of legal requirements (e.g., hygiene, storage, occupational safety), including documentation • Handle product ordering, continuously monitor stock levels and participate in inventory counts • Ensure employees present a professional appearance in line with company standards • Optimize day-to-day processes with a focus on guest satisfaction, employee motivation and cost control • Train, motivate and evaluate employee performance • Actively participate in operations and take responsibility for shift management
• Successfully completed vocational training and at least 4 years of management experience in the chain/quick-service restaurant sector • Independent and entrepreneurial thinking and acting • Commercial and operational know-how • High self-motivation, strong communication skills, as well as teamwork and assertiveness • Comfortable working with people of different nationalities • Good German and English skills • Willingness to work shifts in a two-shift system, including weekends and public holidays
