📋 Description

• 进行缓冲设计、开发与工程，根据Autoliv标准和法律要求 • 负责分配项目的缓冲开发，确保符合成本、时间和质量目标 • 参与并支持GDP活动，帮助技术转移 • 管理缓冲设计准则的实施与遵循 • 提供技术支持，确保生产线的顺利运作与问题解决

🎯 Requirements

• 进行缓冲设计、开发与工程，基于Autoliv标准和法律要求 • 根据项目的成本、时间和质量目标，负责分配项目的缓冲开发 • 参与LLs工作、案例研究、TFC审核、设计审核，并与团队分享经验 • 协助组经理/领导进行GDP活动，帮助将全球技术转移到亚洲 • 跟进缓冲设计指南，并实施PLM/DVM/CAD • 定义报价及新材料的资格 • 进一步参与生产线和设计研讨会，以提高工厂的能力 • 进行缓冲新开发与工程所需关键组件和材料的选择 • 支持SQE以改善缓冲供应商的技术技能 • 评估工程变更请求，并报告可行性及预计对时间和成本的影响 • 在项目团队中代表缓冲工程，并协助项目经理进行内部项目管理 • 定期向项目负责人和技术经理通报项目状态，涉及成本、时间和质量目标 • 支持并审核助理缓冲工程师的工作 • 向生产提供技术支持，快速解决与缓冲工程相关的问题 • 贡献于持续改进、创新和标准化
