📋 Description

• Primary point of contact for clients • Conduct regular client meetings • Coordinate tasks and deadlines in ClickUp • Act as the interface between clients and the internal team • Proactive project and process management • Support with marketing, funnel and copywriting topics • Technical understanding and independent coordination of resources • Optimize internal processes and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills: You communicate clearly and with a client focus to deliver excellent customer experiences. • Experience in project management and online marketing: You have project management experience and ideally have worked with tools like ClickUp and Slack. • Ideally some hands-on experience with online marketing and platforms such as Meta Ads Manager. • Independent, structured working style: You work autonomously, set clear priorities and maintain oversight even on complex projects. • Technical affinity: You quickly learn new systems and tools and use technical solutions effectively. • Problem-solving skills: You tackle challenges proactively and find solutions independently.
