📋 Description

• Lead global talent acquisition, recruitment, employer branding, and retention strategies • Drive succession planning, leadership development, skills building, and future workforce readiness • Oversee culture, engagement, communication, and organizational effectiveness initiatives • Lead compensation, benefits, performance, and rewards frameworks • Design and maintain job architecture, workforce planning, and organizational design strategies • Own global mobility, employment infrastructure, and international workforce enablement strategies • Strengthen internal capability pipelines, workforce scalability, and leadership bench strength • Partner with executive leadership on enterprise-wide people strategy, workforce economics, and long-term business transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a global context • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience across leading global rewards, talent development or related leadership roles • Strong expertise in: Leadership and skills development • Organizational effectiveness • Compensation & benefits • Workforce planning • Global mobility • Employee engagement • Experience building scalable global people frameworks • Strong strategic, analytical, and executive stakeholder management capabilities • Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
