📋 Description

• Serve as the senior technical and strategic voice in customer conversations with CISOs, VPs of OT/Plant Security, and operations leadership • Partner with Account Executives and Solution Engineers on strategic and enterprise opportunities • Address OT-specific security and resilience questions involving segmentation, air-gapped and hybrid environments, ICS attack surface, recovery objectives, configuration drift, and asset visibility • Explain how Octovision asset inventory supports vulnerability management, risk prioritization, and OT/IT governance • Build mutual close plans and define technical/security exit criteria for late-stage deals • Design and deliver training for Solution Engineers and Account Executives on OT security, resilience, asset inventory, and convergence • Create battlecards, discovery frameworks, ROI/risk narratives, and competitive positioning • Coach and mentor the Solution Engineering organization • Represent AMDT at industry events, customer roundtables, and OT security forums • Feed customer insights and objections back to Product and Marketing • Monitor the OT/ICS threat landscape, regulatory developments, convergence trends, and competitive movements • Travel to customer sites and industry events as needed, up to 40%

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in OT/ICS security, industrial operations, or plant-floor technical leadership • Hands-on experience with backup, disaster recovery, configuration/change management, or OT asset inventory/visibility in manufacturing, energy, or industrial environments • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field required • Direct practitioner experience owning OT recovery, change management, or asset visibility • Working knowledge of OT/IT convergence dynamics • Ability to engage as a peer with senior security and operations executives at Fortune 500 industrial and energy companies • Prior pre-sales, sales engineering, or customer-facing vendor experience preferred • Strong communication skills across boardroom strategy and hands-on technical depth • Demonstrated ability to build training and enablement content and develop others • Ability to travel up to 40% to customer sites and industry events • Must have OT/ICS security, industrial operations, or plant-floor technical leadership experience
