📋 Description

• Responsible for the commissioning of our software after the successful sale of our products, serving as the first contact for our customers on-site • Install and configure our standard software either on-site at the customer or remotely, ensuring functionality and reliability • Connect all common automation systems to our software system, facilitating seamless operations for our clients • Train and instruct administrators and users, ensuring they understand how to effectively utilize our software and systems • Provide ongoing support to users by addressing complex queries, analyzing errors, and collaborating with them to develop effective solutions and structures • Provide staff-level technical configuration and programming as required to meet specific customer needs • Serve in a project manager capacity through the management of the end-to-end system life cycle development of small to large-scale projects • Conduct user needs analysis and contribute to business systems design for major projects • Assist in developing client information management standards and evaluating technology trends • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field • 2+ years of relevant work experience, with experience in commissioning software and working directly with clients • Experience with Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, and/or Emerson preferred • Hands-on experience working with PLCs, HMIs, Robots, and DCS’s is essential • Knowledge of networking concepts and technologies is a plus • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively • A detail-oriented approach to documentation and process management • Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles, demonstrating the ability to manage relationships and address customer needs effectively • Flexibility and adaptability to change • A desire to learn and grow in the customer services field • Ability to travel up to 20%
