📋 Description

• Act as a technical advisor throughout the customer journey from opportunity identification and solution design to project delivery • Understand customer business challenges and develop tailored solutions • Lead Proof of Concepts, including scoping, planning, configuration, execution, validation, documentation, and results analysis • Prepare and deliver customer and channel-partner presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and technical enablement activities • Explain complex technical concepts clearly to business-oriented stakeholders • Analyze existing systems and workflows • Design and propose solutions, requirement documents, proposals, fit/gap analyses, and ROI assessments • Configure tools, platform installations, environments, test data, integrations, and customizations • Monitor PoC technical and functional performance and address issues with the HQ technical team • Provide production deployment proposals based on PoC results • Empower technical stakeholders and promote technologies and solutions as an evangelist • Support channel partners with customer calls, presentations, demos, technical proposals, PoCs, and solution/roadmap updates • Bridge pre-sales and delivery by transferring project knowledge and solution designs to delivery teams • Participate in project kick-offs and initial workshops • Remain engaged during projects as a trusted technical advisor and subject matter expert • Support change management, risk mitigation, user acceptance, and rollout

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Pre-sales, Sales Engineering, Solution Architect, or Technical Consulting in a customer-facing role • Knowledge of industrial products and applications such as PLC, DCS, and HMI • Knowledge of platform software/hardware from major OT vendors including Mitsubishi Electric, Omron, Yokogawa, Toshiba, Siemens, and Rockwell • Understanding of cybersecurity requirements in OT environments • Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001 standards • Advanced English proficiency • Flexibility to travel, including overseas travel • Experience in people management, such as an SE manager role, is a plus
