• Develop SKU-level forecasts at both customer and channel levels. • Support the S&OP process by delivering accurate demand plans and scenario analyses. • Collaborate with Sales on promotional planning, lifts, and new product launches. • Conduct variance analysis versus budget and prior year, recommending corrective actions. • Track and maintain forecast accuracy metrics and continuously refine forecasting methodologies. • Provide leadership with forward-looking insights on risks, opportunities, and category trends. • Report to the SVP of Sales and align forecasts with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure products are in the right place at the right time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in forecasting, sales planning, or demand planning within CPG. • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with ERP or demand planning systems preferred. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations. • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. • Must be willing to work night shift Philippine time (details will be provided and schedule may still change, so we need someone who can adjust as needed). • Must be able to commit exclusively to this full-time role with no outside part-time or full-time employment, as this position supports a high-value client.
