📋 Description

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity, security assurance, and technology risk programs • Develop and execute a multi-year cybersecurity strategy aligned to business strategy and risk tolerance • Set the security vision, priorities, policies, standards, and accountability across various functions • Ensure security is integrated into application development and core technology capabilities • Own the enterprise security audit and assurance strategy, ensuring continuous readiness for audits • Lead major healthcare assurance programs including HITRUST, SOC examinations, and audits • Serve as the principal cybersecurity advisor to the CTO and executive leadership team • Establish a consistent security model across various cloud providers • Ensure effective incident response and recovery from security incidents • Prepare for future cybersecurity risks including AI security and automation

🎯 Requirements

• Significant executive cybersecurity leadership experience, especially in healthcare • Experience protecting PHI and regulated healthcare data in cloud-based technology environments • Direct executive accountability for major healthcare security audits, certifications, assessments, and regulatory examinations • Personal leadership of multiple HITRUST and SOC examination cycles • Experience leading healthcare customer security audits and assessments • Experience establishing continuous audit readiness and automating control monitoring • Established controls for cross-border access to healthcare information containing sensitive data • Board and executive communication experience, including presenting security posture and audit results • Strong knowledge of cloud security, software security, identity, data protection, security operations, and incident response • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing security teams
