📋 Description

• Define and communicate a clear product roadmap • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews • Translate requirements into user stories and API specifications • Validate interoperability standards for transactions • Collaborate with engineering, data, and delivery teams for product releases • Serve as the subject matter expert on workflows and FHIR standards • Monitor CMS mandates and client feedback to inform product decisions • Lead pilot initiatives and define KPIs/OKRs • Define product performance metrics in partnership with data teams • Align executives, clients, and internal teams on product progress

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Product Management, preferably client-facing in healthcare technology • Deep expertise in prior authorization workflows • Strong technical background with understanding of CMS 0057-F requirements and X12 278 EDI and FHIR transactions • Knowledge of EHR systems and utilization management platforms • Technical and business acumen to evaluate feasibility & scalability • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
