📋 Description
• Define recruitment strategies; source, identify and select candidates • Conduct interviews with a variety of profiles • Participate in decision-making for responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) • Expand and maintain our candidate network • Improve or redefine our operational processes related to recruitment and candidate follow-up • Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with our clients • Develop in-depth knowledge of the new technologies job market
🎯 Requirements
• Master's degree from a business school or equivalent level of education • Previous recruitment experience is a plus • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential • Proactive mindset and strong organizational skills • Intellectual curiosity • Fluent English
