📋 Description

• Gather functional requirements from clients • Identify business needs and translate them into functional specifications • Perform GAP analysis between current processes and standard solutions • Document functional requirements and business rules • Collaborate with technical teams throughout the development lifecycle • Support definition of system integrations • Participate in meetings with international clients • Ensure deliveries align with defined requirements • Prepare process documentation and functional flows

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in payment methods • Solid knowledge of card processing • Experience with transactional payment systems • Advanced knowledge of the ISO 8583 standard • Knowledge of payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, among others) • Strong experience in creating functional requirements • Experience in process documentation • Data analysis skills and ability to generate insights • Excellent client communication • Advanced or fluent Spanish • Fluent English (mandatory)
