📋 Description

• Own the definition and documentation of data integration requirements between Partex.AI and internal/external data sources. • Document data exchanges, flow direction, triggering mechanisms, and transformation logic. • Identify required integrations and maintain a clear transition plan for DWH-to-Databricks migration. • Support Partex.AI MDM and deduplication configuration by defining business rules. • Work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate needs into platform requirements. • Analyze current-state feasibility processes to identify gaps and operational issues. • Maintain documentation as a living artifact, updated with changes in source systems or business rules.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst or related role. • Experience with data integration requirements, field mapping, and business rules. • Strong data quality analysis and agile delivery experience. • Experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical, life sciences, biotechnology or regulated industries. • Understanding of clinical trial operations and relevant data across study lifecycle. • Familiarity with data sources: CTMS, EDC, IRT, Medidata, Citeline, ClinicalTrials.gov. • Knowledge of investigator and site selection decisions in CRO context. • Ability to understand schemas, APIs, and basic SQL. • Skills in creating data/process flow documentation. • Experience with Project Management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or OnePlan. • Advanced written and spoken English fluency (B2 to C1/C2).
