• Document Review and Analysis • Analyze BSR, ISR and related documents to understand current workflows. • Identify critical steps, dependencies and business rules. • Process Reconstruction and Standardization • Restructure processes into a standardized format and structure. • Ensure compliance with quality standards defined by the DT team. • Collaboration and Validation • Work under the supervision of SMEs and the internal team. • Present draft versions for review and refinement. • Incorporate feedback and finalize documentation. • Business Confirmation • Participate in review sessions with business owners. • Present reconstructed documents and facilitate discussions for final validation.
• Strong experience in business process documentation, analysis or technical writing. • Ability to interpret complex technical and business documents. • Degree in IT, business analysis or process management (preferred). • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Experience collaborating with SMEs and business stakeholders.
