📋 Description
• Test, repair, and maintain our shuttle systems at customer sites (including cold storage) • Provide technical support (L1 & L2) via helpdesk and remote assistance • Deliver training to end-users and integrators on-site and internally • Assist in commissioning Atlas2D systems • Detect and report commercial service opportunities (spare parts, service packs) • Short international trips (Mon-Fri)
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor in Electromechanics or equivalent experience • English required • Skilled in MS Office & Teams • Eager to learn custom software • Customer-focused • Team player • Proactive mindset • No fear of heights or vertigo
