• Analyze processes and needs of prospective hospital customers and demonstrate the concrete value our platform delivers • Present our software solutions in a targeted, relatable manner with a solid understanding of clinical workflows and realities • Support the sales team with subject-matter expertise throughout the entire sales cycle, contributing directly to commercial success • Relay market feedback into product development and actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of our platform • Represent Avelios at trade shows, events, and on-site customer meetings
• Extensive experience in clinical and administrative hospital environments, preferably obtained through professional roles or healthcare project work • Strong communication skills and empathy, with the ability to explain complex topics simply and appropriately for the audience • Enjoy engaging with customers and collaborating to shape practical digital solutions • Basic technical understanding is beneficial but not required—willingness to learn and explore our platform is more important • Very good German and good English language skills • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events
