📋 Description

• Build AI agents and automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio • Develop production-ready low-code solutions based on business requirements • Configure prompts, agent behavior, and orchestration logic • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and QA Engineers throughout the delivery lifecycle • Support unit and integration testing before production release • Prepare technical documentation and hand over solutions to support teams • Continuously improve reusable components for future AI use cases • Contribute to a cross-functional Delivery Pod within a newly established AI Factory • Deliver enterprise AI and automation solutions that transform business processes

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform • Experience with Copilot Studio or another enterprise low-code / AI platform • Hands-on experience building automation workflows and AI-powered solutions • Understanding of prompt engineering and AI agent configuration • Strong debugging and testing skills • Experience working in Agile, pod-based, or squad-based delivery teams • Ability to prepare clear technical documentation and handover material • Experience with AI governance or responsible AI practices is nice to have • Experience integrating enterprise applications and data sources is nice to have • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is nice to have • Experience working on enterprise AI or digital transformation programs is nice to have
