📋 Description
• Design, build and test automation workflows and AI agents against approved functional specifications and acceptance criteria • Develop low code solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio, alongside traditional automation development where required • Configure and tune AI agent behaviour, prompts and orchestration logic for use cases such as invoice reconciliation and subsequent prioritised opportunities • Work with the Data Engineer and Solution Architect to ensure data flows, integrations and exception handling are robust prior to release • Support unit and integration testing ahead of formal QA sign off • Package solutions for release and support the transition into the Monitoring stage, including handover documentation • Feed build effort and defect data back into the COE methodology's Automation Assessment and Time and Capacity components
🎯 Requirements
• Working experience across automation platforms, low code tooling and AI or agentic configuration • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio, or equivalent enterprise low code and agentic platforms • Knowledge of prompt design, agent orchestration and AI governance guardrails within an enterprise environment • Strong debugging and testing discipline • Comfortable working to defined acceptance criteria and QA gates • Experience delivering within a pod based or squad based delivery model with concurrent use cases in flight • Ability to produce clear technical handover documentation for downstream support and monitoring teams
