📋 Description
• Design, build, and test automation workflows and AI agents against approved functional specifications and acceptance criteria • Develop low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio, alongside traditional automation development where required • Configure and tune AI agent behaviour, prompts, and orchestration logic for use cases such as invoice reconciliation and prioritised opportunities • Work with the Data Engineer and Solution Architect to ensure robust data flows, integrations, and exception handling before release • Support unit and integration testing ahead of formal QA sign-off • Package solutions for release and support transition into the Monitoring stage, including handover documentation • Feed build effort and defect data back into the COE methodology's Automation Assessment and Time and Capacity components • Deliver enterprise AI and automation solutions that transform business processes across the organization
🎯 Requirements
• Working experience across automation platforms, low-code tooling, and AI or agentic configuration • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio, or equivalent enterprise low-code and agentic platforms • Knowledge of prompt design, agent orchestration, and AI governance guardrails within an enterprise environment • Strong debugging and testing discipline • Comfortable working to defined acceptance criteria and QA gates • Experience delivering within a pod-based or squad-based delivery model with concurrent use cases in flight • Ability to produce clear technical handover documentation for downstream support and monitoring teams
