📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate software development projects from initiation through delivery • Ensure alignment on scope, timelines, budget, quality, and delivery goals • Facilitate Agile delivery processes and ceremonies • Ensure clear sprint objectives, priorities, dependencies, and expectations • Monitor project and sprint progress • Proactively manage risks, blockers, impediments, and critical issues • Track delivery metrics and drive continuous improvement of team processes, delivery flow, and project outcomes • Support forecasting, resource planning, and release planning based on team capacity and delivery performance • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, QA, clients, and stakeholders • Build strong client relationships and provide transparent project reporting • Identify opportunities to support account growth

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master • Proven track record of successfully delivering medium-to-large-scale IT projects • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Knowledge of industry-standard project management practices • Understanding of scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, communication, risk, and stakeholder management • Experience with project planning, tracking, reporting, performance measurement, and project financial management, including P&L fundamentals • Ability to identify, assess, mitigate, escalate, and resolve project risks and critical issues • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environments • Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency, written and spoken • Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (nice-to-have) • Scrum Master, Agile, PMP, or similar project management certifications (nice-to-have) • Experience in HR Technology, background screening, compliance, healthcare, or similar regulated industries (nice-to-have) • Experience working with international clients and distributed teams (nice-to-have) • Knowledge of forecasting, capacity planning, release planning, and delivery metrics (nice-to-have) • Understanding of business development, commercial discussions, and client account growth opportunities (nice-to-have)
