📋 Description

• Deliver reliable IT services across Deployment, Operations, Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement lifecycle phases • Deploy vendor application packages through formal Change Management processes • Troubleshoot and resolve P1–P4 technical and functional incidents within established SLAs • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) • Execute database queries, datafixes, and configuration adjustments to ensure uninterrupted shop-floor operations • Maintain systems in a fully validated GxP state in accordance with CSV policies and documentation standards • Coordinate with infrastructure teams, software vendors, and cross-functional plant stakeholders to resolve interface and platform dependencies • Ensure accurate ticket tracking and documentation management in ServiceNow • Provide advanced L2/L3 application support and maintain application operational stability

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced to Fluent verbal and written English communication skills (C1/C2 or equivalent) • Minimum of 3+ years of experience working in manufacturing, packaging, engineering, or supply chain environments within the Pharma or Life Sciences industry • Hands-on experience with MES, Serialization/Track & Trace, Label Management, Barcode Tracking, or Supply Chain Control systems • Solid working knowledge of GxP regulations, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and Computer Systems Validation (CSV) lifecycle principles • Strong background with MS Windows Server 2016+ and MS SQL Server 2016+, including query analysis, data maintenance, and troubleshooting • Experience administering middleware and application servers such as Red Hat JBoss EAP, Apache Tomcat, or IIS • Experience handling XML, SOAP UI, and REST interface protocols • Proven experience in L2/L3 application lifecycle management, incident/problem resolution, and change management workflows (ITIL / ServiceNow) • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, with 5+ years of overall IT experience • Nice-to-have: Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk ProductionCentre / MES PharmSuite, Kubernetes, containerized environments, cloud solutions, PowerShell, Bash, Python, and ITIL Foundation certification
