📋 Description

• Join a global digital manufacturing initiative as a Senior Business Analyst • Shape the Enterprise Recipe Management landscape by translating business needs into functional solutions • Support system integrations and drive collaboration between business and IT teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • 5–10 years of experience as a Functional Architect, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or GxP-regulated industry • Hands-on experience with product recipe design and parameter definition in manufacturing systems such as PLM, MES, LIMS, or ERP • Solid understanding of SQL databases, relational data models, and reporting solutions • Proven experience delivering system integration projects involving platforms such as DeltaV, SAP S/4HANA, ELN, MES, ERP, LIMS, PLM, or similar • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-functional, global teams • Ability to facilitate productive discussions, manage conflicting priorities, and drive decisions toward business outcomes • Availability to work between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM CET to ensure collaboration with teams across Europe and the US • Fluent English (spoken and written)
