📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all seat types — from sourcing and screening to offer acceptance and onboarding • Take ownership of accounting role recruitment, including bookkeeping, accounting, and controller-level hires • Craft job descriptions and job ads that attract the right talent and reflect the Aventus culture • Proactively source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and talent communities • Manage and update candidate pipelines through our ATS (Breezy or similar platforms) with speed and accuracy • Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates for skills, culture fit, and long-term potential • Partner with hiring managers to refine role requirements and selection criteria • Maintain strong candidate engagement through timely communication and feedback • Use hiring data and trends to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-fill • Provide market insights and contribute to long-term talent planning • Develop creative recruitment campaigns to reach niche and passive talent • Continuously improve recruitment processes for efficiency and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment • Proven ability to hire across multiple functions — including hands-on experience recruiting for accounting roles from bookkeepers to controllers • Strong skills in creating JDs, job ads, and targeted job campaigns • Exceptional English proficiency (C2 level) — both written and conversational • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com, and other digital tools
