• Serve as the critical interface between key retail and apparel clients and sales and product development teams. • Bring intelligent, innovative, and sustainable solutions to life for clients. • Define new program requirements and manage the full product development process. • Maintain inventory and sales reports. • Resolve order, quality, or deployment issues and ensure overall client satisfaction. • Understand client business models and goals, maintain strong relationships, answer questions, and provide detailed service information. • Coordinate product development from client briefing through final approval, deployment, and order acceptance. • Manage the end-to-end sales process using Oracle SalesCloud, Oracle Commerce Cloud, Eloqua, pricing, and product specification tools. • Prepare global price proposals and escalate price approvals in competitive bidding processes. • Collaborate across teams to support sales growth, use social selling to generate leads, and stay current on industry trends and product innovations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge gained through training and experience; majors in business management or sales strongly preferred. • Interest in and excitement to learn the Apparel industry, products, and practices. • Excellent client service, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. • Proficiency in Google Suite, ERP (Oracle preferred), pricing tools, and product/client databases. • Strong data analytics skills, including quantitative analysis and data storytelling. • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and drug screening as a condition of employment. • Ability to work remotely.
