📋 Description

• Develop master production schedule according to work order specifications, established priorities, capability of workers, machines/equipment and availability of parts and materials • Prepare operational schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and product quality meet customer requirements • Coordinate with Customer Service to establish priorities for rush/specific sale orders • Conduct comparative cost analyses to determine effective and efficient options for scheduling, inventory, production, distribution and transportation • Ensure each operation meets shipping dates according to sales orders • Monitor, analyze and report performance of Output reliability, OIP, UEE and UPLH • Work with Prepress to properly maintain and update master data, including lead time, color and Ups information • Work with CS/Sales/Production/Warehouse teams to solve urgent cases, late orders and update ETD • Control WIP on the floor at cut-off time • Update master BOM for new items and resolve abnormal BOM issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 1-3 years SML or related experience • Good analytical, mathematical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills and detail-oriented • Ability to interface with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall requirements • Familiarity in process documentation and improvement • Ability to design, develop, and maintain tables, formulas, graphs, queries and macros • Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office and function specific software
