• Develop master production schedules according to work order specifications, priorities, workforce and equipment capability, and parts/material availability • Prepare operational schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to meet production, quality, and customer requirements • Coordinate with Customer Service to prioritize rush and specific sales orders • Conduct comparative cost analyses for scheduling, inventory, production, distribution, and transportation options • Ensure operations meet shipping dates according to sales orders • Monitor, analyze, and report Output Reliability, OIP, UEE, and UPLH performance • Work with Prepress to maintain and update master data, including lead time, color, and ups information • Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Production, and Warehouse teams to resolve urgent cases, late orders, and ETD updates • Control work-in-progress on the production floor at cut-off time • Update master BOMs for new items and resolve abnormal BOM issues
• Bachelor's degree • 0–3 years SML or related experience • Good analytical, mathematical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills • Detail-oriented • Ability to interface with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall requirements • Familiarity with process documentation and improvement • Ability to design, develop, and maintain tables, formulas, graphs, queries and macros • Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office and function specific software
