📋 Description

• Provide L2/L3 technical support for Oracle Fusion across 40+ countries • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to templates, integrations, and reports • Support e-invoicing processes and collaborate with regional finance teams • Act as liaison for MuleSoft integrations and resolve cross-system issues • Maintain and enhance BI Publisher templates and reports • Participate in scoping and documentation for changes

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in Oracle Fusion Technical Support • Technical knowledge of BI Publisher templates, FBDI, HCM, financial interface, REST & SOAP API • Troubleshooting experience for OTBI/BIP report failures • Knowledge of UCM file transfers and localization issues • Familiar with e-invoicing processes across various regions • Integration support experience with MuleSoft • Ability to maintain and enhance reports
