⢠Independent responsibility for sales in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), with a focus on travel sales and the MICE sector ⢠Leading negotiations and closing contracts with (luxury) tour operators, travel wholesalers and MICE agencies, primarily in the luxury segment ⢠Maintaining and developing relationships with key accounts, distribution partners and media contacts ⢠Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, including budget planning ⢠Conducting training sessions and presentations about Grecotel Hotels & Resorts, both digitally and at on-site events ⢠Representing the company at trade shows, roadshows and industry events ⢠Proactive new-client acquisition (e.g., via sales calls and networking) ⢠Budget responsibility including monitoring and reporting
⢠Degree in Business Administration, Tourism or a comparable qualification ⢠Several years of experience in tourism sales, ideally with luxury hotels and a focus on luxury travel or MICE ⢠High and flexible willingness to travel by car, train and plane ⢠Existing network in travel trade, luxury tour operators and MICE is an advantage ⢠Business-fluent German and English, spoken and written (additional languages welcome, Greek preferred) ⢠Strong sales and communication skills and ability to work independently ⢠Confident user of all common MS Office programs ⢠Driving licence (Class B)
