📋 Description

• Infrastructure design and development: design and build AVILOO's cloud infrastructure to enable the company to scale for global markets • Implementation of high availability (HA), clustering, load testing and SLA definition • System reliability and monitoring: maintain and improve monitoring and backup systems • Design and implement authorization concepts to support company growth • DevOps and automation: support the software engineering infrastructure, including CI/CD, dependency management, security and logging • Evaluate, create PoCs, integrate and automate various software solutions • Compliance and documentation: implement and document solutions and processes for certifications and compliance • Cross-department support: assist other departments in selecting and configuring tools • Troubleshooting and solving open-ended challenges in a company projected to increase its revenue a hundredfold over the next few years • A workplace with a genuine start-up mentality, flat hierarchies and fast decision-making • Use of cutting-edge tools and artificial intelligence to optimize processes

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in Linux system engineering and containerization • Proven experience with cloud and cluster infrastructures (Docker Swarm, Kubernetes) • Knowledge of Ansible and GitLab CI/CD • Passion for open source and innovative solutions • Experience with monitoring and backup systems • Understanding of authorization concepts and security best practices • Confident presence, strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset • Curiosity about new topics and technologies • Enthusiasm for using AI — you use technology to work faster, more accurately and more efficiently • Very good English, written and spoken • Independent, precise and pragmatic working style • Enjoys teamwork — and not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed • Willingness to work with colleagues in an office rather than solely from home
