📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels (email, phone, chat). • Quickly resolve technical and functional issues. • Provide proactive follow-up on customer requests until they are fully resolved. • Guide new customers through the setup and integration of our products. • Clearly explain features and deliver tailored demonstrations based on customer needs. • Collect and share customer feedback with the product teams to contribute to continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Energetic and proactive. • Strong communication skills (verbal and written). • Attentive listening and observational skills. • Customer-focused, quality-oriented, and solution-driven. • Bilingual (French/Dutch) REQUIRED. • Proficient with computer tools (knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, etc.).
