• You act as a Trusted Advisor for a defined customer portfolio (real estate agents, property developers, finance clients and housing cooperatives) in a specific region to achieve the best possible digital reach for them • As a Portfolio Manager you are responsible both for acquiring new customers and for winning back and upselling to existing clients • You present our products directly at the customer's site • You establish and maintain long-term customer relationships, identify customer needs, engage decision‑makers and win them over for an immowelt solution • You advise your existing customers on campaign management and review results with monthly analyses • You are responsible for winning customers back (win-back) • You create tailored customer proposals via our CRM system • You record your activities, appointments and customer interactions (cancellations with reasons, preparation for new customer meetings, etc.) in our CRM system
• You are a strong sales talent, customer-oriented and able to convince customers through negotiation skills • You can demonstrate relevant experience in Field Sales • You preferably acquire customers through personal contact, using persuasive value-based arguments and have a strong sense for your counterpart • You have a high degree of self-organisation and can plan customer visits strategically and efficiently • Ideally, you have initial experience in the real estate industry • You are the regional contact person for a defined sales area and look after customers personally on site • You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken • You are confident using MS Office products • You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration/Economics or a comparable qualification • You are a reliable person and proactively take initiative
